“Feelings, thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors” are genetically and culturally transmitted.
I’ve felt sad paranoid and lonely, based on nothing more than an imagined playing out of scenes or re-playing scenes… and because all of this is in my head, I also created the attitudes of the other characters.
Paranoia and hesitation in speaking (I can be very quiet), is not due to any conscious past experiences. However, often-times I allow these unsavory thoughts to be motivations behind my behavior. I want to change that thread for myself and my family. I can affect this behavior strand of my family’s future generations through my actions. Behavior is expressed through how we affect our children before they are born; and often received from our grandparents. This same genetic energy is transmitted from uncles and aunties, and through what I call” relationships of proximity” to the person. I define these as influencers. People who influence you; who you are attracted to; and who you influence.
This is significant. Discovering the influencers of our personalities and attitudes (negative and positive), is part of the process of becoming aware of the rhymes and rhythms that comprise who we are. Ultimately, confirming our paths and special gift(s) to the world. “Nishati, the energy of Me.”
Patterns can be changed. My meditation is always to make changes for my highest good.

Now, if I wanted to change the” feelings of paranoia and loneliness thread” for myself, my family and influencers, I have to re-orient my thoughts. If I change debilitating patterns of how I think, the world around me changes; because my perspective changes. I am turning on or off genes that are part of my DNA (epigenetics). This process creates an effect that affect those who are presently influenced by me. Which includes my grandchildren’s grandchildren; and their grandchildren. Behaviors move forward generationally, through your bloodline and through your influencers.
Think about it. You can genetically back-track to become aware of the origins of a problem or issue. However, your absolute power for change is in the now. Consistently working on changing a behavior(s) or attitude (s) will eventually change that perspective and consequently, the world around you changes.
Be the change you want to see in the world.

For example, Rachel Dolezal changed her genetic influence by declaring a rejection of her white heritage and self-identifying as an African American woman. Within this process she accepted black culture as her own; gave birth to an African American son and adopted two other African American sons. Politically, she tackled issues that affected the black community; and became head of the NAACP in Spoken Washington. As an artist, she expresses herself in creating Afro-centric theme paintings.
Rachel Dolezal has the consciousness of streaming for herself, her future linage and influencers, an attitude concerning African Americans that’s different from her white influencers.
I saw a documentary about how many black people were upset because she rejected her white heritage and identifies with and support black culture.
As a Sage Shaman High Priestess, Spiritualist, and Integrated Healing Artist, I interpret life from a different realm. Energetically, I felt into her truth. Rachel Dolezal became an activist in the black community. So, her transformation also involved acts of kindness to change her past genetic influence as it relates to racial biases. From the physical, she went deeper and consciously identified herself as African American. An extreme position to take. However, how awesome, and what an honor and testament to African Americans.
The news media exposed her decision and she was vilified by several African Americans who expressed their discomfort with her choices. They said she was trying to hi-jack the black experience of suffering by claiming it as her own. Really? Her ancestors were there too. She’s not watering down your pain of the slave experience. She’s reconciling her ancestors’ roles and changing the energetic course of history for her lineage. Her relatives could have been sadistic slave owners, or someone who stood by and said nothing. She may have experienced racial biases from either her parents, grandparents, or even influencers who were not related to her. Or she could be reconnecting to her African American descendants.
This is my point. Does the reason why she chose to disavow her White linage matter? This is all about Rachel Dolezal and how she chooses to right a wrong. Extreme yes, but her journey, and her spiritual path on this planet. Perhaps it’s a gift she brings to this world. Marianne Williamson (a spiritualist) stated that to effectively change the world, we must start with the now. It took generations to get to this present state of racial bias in the United States. It takes generations to affect societal changes.
The process starts by taking a quantum leap from within.
Altering behaviors that block us from expressing our gifts for the highest good of mankind.
